"Great Service and policies for starters, but having a local insurance office that I can call with questions and have an actual person cheerfully answer and help is very reassuring. Discount insurance companies don’t have the personal service, when one calls with a question, you have to navigate through endless prompts and recorded dialogue to (maybe?) get to a real person who can assist. The crew at Kit Okazaki’s office are there when you need them !"

"I’ve had Statefarm for my Home policy for a few years and the one time I needed to make a claim they made it extremely easy and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. I recently switched my auto insurance from one of their competitors to Statefarm. I like how easy it is to get a hold of someone and they are quick to address and issues or concerns.
